I was high, but he was the sky

Yeah, I know I missed 043 and 044, but today is Valentines Day! So I’m skipping right to the good part!

Ron and I have been together for almost a year and a half now, and I can’t imagine life without him. He’s been the best thing about pretty much every part of the last few years. I wouldn’t trade what I have with Ron for anything in the world. I am a much more well-adjusted person because of him, and he’s always supported me, even when I’m being ridiculous or difficult. I always thought I knew what love was, but as it turns out, I had no idea until Ron came along. Is that cheesey? I’m pretty sure it is, but whatever. It’s Valentine’s Day. Let me have my moment.X3

Tin Tin for the Holidays!

I’m sorry. I’ve been remiss with my holiday art obligations. Not that I had any, but I feel like I should have at least made a Christmas card or something. Instead, Joe Keating put out a call for artists everywhere to draw him Tin Tin for the holidays. So what else could I do?
The result was this:

I had more fun drawing this than I had thought I might. I almost decided to do it in the same style as my Wonder Woman Day piece, but I ended up staying closer to Herge’s version of Tin Tin.
My studiomate, Ron Chan, also did a piece. You can view everyone’s rendition, as well as a great chat between Joe Keating and Brandon Graham about all things Tin Tin in three parts: Part One
Part Two
Part Three

Happy holidays, one and all!

Boys Being Boys

I have been utterly derelict in my girlfriendly duties! I have somehow failed to inform you all, dear readers, of my boyfriend, Ron Chan‘s webcomic. He’s collaborating with his longtime(and my shorttime) pal, Sean Kelley, on a bi-weekly webcomic called Roy’s Boys. Roy(Ron) updates on Mondays, and Shane(Sean) updates on Thursdays.

I love both these guys, and I love this comic! If you like to read about the ridiculous things that guys do when they’ve got nothing better to do, then I think you’ll like it, too! It does get a little on the mature side from time to time, so if you’re not sure how you feel about dudes talking about seeing each other’s nutsacks, you should proceed with caution.

Here, have a sample!

If you like what you see, you can click the link above, or go to my Webcomics links and click through to the Roy’s Boys page! I hope you enjoy it!
